The agile start-up,\u00a0<\/span>Quloi,<\/a>\u00a0which stands for \u201cQuantified Logistics Initiative,\u201d is headquartered in Garden City, NY, in close proximity to New York City and some of the world\u2019s busiest trade ports of call and transportation hubs.
